Residents of Inglis, Fl. will not be running with the devil any time soon thanks to a recent proclamation banning the presence of Satan from the quaint Southern town.
Mayor Carolyn Risher struck the controversial blow against Satan and his minions after witnessing the harrowing effects of Sept. 11 on the American public.
“My heart just bled for those people,” she said. “I noticed a drastic change in morale. I saw our nation not being friendly with each other.”
Risher said that was the moment when she decided to institute a series of beliefs prohibiting the presence of Satan
